​Meet by Katie Wearie Statue (across the road from West Port Hotel) at 9.50 am

​Date: Friday 24 July

Time: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm (with a 45-minute lunch break at 12 noon)

Spaces: Strictly limited to 12 spaces

​Immerse yourself in the elements for a full day of traditional en plein air painting along the picturesque shores of Linlithgow Loch. Guided by a professional art lecturer, this masterclass focuses on navigating changing natural light, mastering atmospheric perspective, colour mixing in real-time, and building technical landscape composition.

​Fee: £70 (tutor provides a materials list, drawing board and a lightweight field easel for the day)

​Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing. Pack a lightweight showerproof jacket, sun cream, a packed lunch, and a drink.

​Weather Policy: Painting will go ahead in light drizzle. In the event of severe weather, the masterclass will be postponed to our reserve date: Thursday 30 July. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund or studio credit will be provided.
